Timelines and procedures

Applications can be placed on the kindergarten waiting list, see below link and are accepted at any time after a child’s birth.  Our kindergarten holds an enviable reputation amongst the community, to avoid disappointment on missing your preferred group it is advisable to complete and submit your waitlist form as soon as practicable.

The enrolment procedure commences in late May in the year prior to your child’s eligibility and offered strictly in order of date waitlist was received.

Interviews, Orientation Day and the Annual General Meeting for the Parent Management Committee are all held in November of the year prior to eligibility.

Fee Definitions

Membership Fee

Parents with children attending the centre are required to contribute a non-refundable membership fee of $15.00 pp to become members of the Stones Corner Community Kindergarten Association.

Other persons interested in pre-school children’s welfare may also pay the annual membership fee to become members of the Association.

Enrolment Fee

A non-refundable enrolment fee must be paid upon accepting a place at the centre.

Attendance Fees

These are the daily fees for either the additional Wednesdays or non eligible days. Invoices are shared via Kidsoft and are payable 14 days after issue date.
